The Strong Interest Inventory® assessment is one of the world's most widely used career assessments, developed by The Myers-Briggs Company. It measures your interests across six broad themes — Realistic, Investigative, Artistic, Social, Enterprising, and Conventional — and matches them against real careers, college majors, and work environments. Unlike personality tests, it focuses specifically on what you enjoy, not who you are.

A GOT Code is a three-letter combination (like ASE or RIC) that summarises your top three interest themes. It was developed by psychologist John Holland and is the foundation of the Strong assessment. Your code gives you a shorthand for understanding your career direction and finding roles where your interests align with the work.

Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe, the same payment infrastructure used by Amazon and Google. We never see or store your card details.

Try refreshing your results page — payment confirmation can take a few seconds to propagate. If the results are still locked after refreshing, contact support with your email address and the last 4 digits of the card you used. We'll verify the payment and unlock your results manually within a few hours.

Yes — contact us within 30 days of purchase if you're not satisfied. We'll process a full refund with no questions asked. After 30 days, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Check your spam or junk folder first — emails come from noreply@gostrong.io. If it's not there, try signing in with Google instead, which bypasses email confirmation entirely. If you're on a corporate email address, your IT department's security scanner may have consumed the confirmation link before you clicked it — in that case, Google sign-in is the easiest fix.

If you signed up with email and password, use the 'Forgot password?' link on the sign-in page to receive a reset email. If you signed up with Google, use the 'Continue with Google' button — there's no password to reset. If you're still stuck, contact support with your email address and we'll sort it out.

Go to Account Settings (top-right menu) → scroll to the Danger Zone → click 'Delete My Account'. Your account is scheduled for deletion 30 days later, giving you time to change your mind. You'll receive a confirmation email with a cancellation link. After 30 days, all your data is permanently and irreversibly deleted.

We store your name, email address, assessment answers, results, and any demographic information you choose to provide. We never sell your data. You can request a full export or deletion at any time via Account Settings. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
