Terms of Use
Effective Date: March 13, 2026 · Last Updated: March 13, 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of GoStrong.dev (the “Platform”), operated by The Myers-Briggs Company (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.
1. The Platform
GoStrong provides online access to the Strong Interest Inventory® (the “Assessment”), a research-backed career interest instrument developed and owned by The Myers-Briggs Company. The Platform allows you to complete the Assessment, receive a personalized results report, and explore career and educational guidance based on your Holland Code profile.
Each account may only be used by a single, named individual. Sharing account credentials with others is prohibited. Users must be at least 16 years of age to register.
2. Account Registration
To access the Platform, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to notify us immediately at support@gostrong.dev if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorized account access that results from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
3. Fees & Payment
Certain features of the Platform, including the Full Interest Report, require payment. All fees are stated in US dollars and are due in advance. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method.
We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect assessments already purchased. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
Refunds. Because assessment results are delivered immediately upon completion, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once an assessment has been submitted and scored. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your results, please contact us within 14 days at support@gostrong.dev and we will work to resolve the issue.
4. Gift Purchases
The Platform allows you to purchase assessment access as a gift for another individual. Upon purchase, a unique redemption code is generated and sent to the recipient's email address.
- Gift codes are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Each code may only be redeemed once and is non-transferable after redemption.
- All gift sales are final and are not eligible for refund.
- If a gift code is lost or not received, contact us at support@gostrong.dev.
5. Your Responsibilities
You agree that you will not:
- Share, resell, or sublicense access to the Platform or your results report to any third party.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or derive the scoring methodology or question keys of the Strong Interest Inventory.
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Platform.
- Transmit malicious code, viruses, or any content that could damage or impair the Platform or other users' systems.
- Misrepresent your identity or provide false information during registration or assessment.
- Use the Platform in any manner that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform or its infrastructure.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
